2026 Annual Membership Meeting Update. 

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend! 

 Jason Jones and Katie Painter have both been re‑elected to serve on the Board - 

Congratulations to you both!

Three floor motions were introduced during the meeting. 

Each received a majority “against” vote & did not pass.

Motion 1: A two-thirds majority to sell - 38 Against / 12 For

Motion 2: A simple majority (50% of all Members) to sell - 47 Against / 3 For

Motion 3: Proxy Disclosure: Proxy holders to be publicly 

listed on the Association website - 39 Against / 9 For
