2026 Annual Membership Meeting Update.

Jason Jones and Katie Painter have both been re‑elected to serve on the Board -
Congratulations to you both!
Three floor motions were introduced during the meeting.
Each received a majority “against” vote & did not pass.
Motion 1: A two-thirds majority to sell - 38 Against / 12 For
Motion 2: A simple majority (50% of all Members) to sell - 47 Against / 3 For
Motion 3: Proxy Disclosure: Proxy holders to be publicly
listed on the Association website - 39 Against / 9 For

What is your responsibility to maintain and what is the job of Fairview Acres Lateral?
An outside crew has accidentally damaged one of FALWUA’s irrigation pipes. To complete the repair safely, we need to shut off water to the system for today (7/16) and tomorrow (7/17). Crews are already on site, and we expect water to be restored by Friday evening. We appreciate your patience while this repair is completed. Thank you, Association Management.
