Spring is waking up, and so is irrigation season.  🌱💧       

Our water turn‑on dates depend on the flow in the 

Settlers Irrigation Ditch, and based on current conditions, 

we’re expecting water in the lateral around late April to early May.

Annual Billing is underway, and all invoices will be sent out by April 15.

If you don’t see yours by April 20, please reach out. We’ll be happy to help.

2026 Annual Membership Meeting Update. 

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend! 

 Jason Jones and Katie Painter have both been re‑elected to serve on the Board - 

Congratulations to you both!

Three floor motions were introduced during the meeting. 

Each received a majority “against” vote & did not pass.

Motion 1: A two-thirds majority to sell - 38 Against / 12 For

Motion 2: A simple majority (50% of all Members) to sell - 47 Against / 3 For

Motion 3: Proxy Disclosure: Proxy holders to be publicly 

listed on the Association website - 39 Against / 9 For
